Set up 12x20 grid
Instruction
Players move around inside their grid passing, calling out 1,2 or 3 for the number of touches allowed before next pass.
After 3 passes minmum a player traps the ball and the other 2 close down space to pressure/ support. Hold for 3 seconds and release to continue passing.

Set up 12x20 grid for every 6 players
Instruction
Yellow players are defending the through/ diagonal pass between red and blue. they are only allowed to intercept passes, no tackles. If yellow intercepts two passes they switch with either red or blue.
Progression
Allow tackles on poor first touches
3 lateral passes between like players = loss of possession.

Aim is to prevent or intercept passes between red and blue, force lateral or backward passes.

Set up
Small- 1/4 field, with neutral zone marked off.
Instructions
6v6 in a 2-3-1 formation. Defenders may play as high as the neutral zone, strikers may only play back to the neutral zone. Passes can be made back into the neutral zone to hold possession and reset.
